Kids Go Free: Epic Museum

It’s hard to believe that kids will be going back to school in just a few short weeks. For a long time it seemed like the day might never come and yet here we are in a blink of an eye! To celebrate, the Epic Museum in Dublin are offering free entry to all kids under 16 for the entire month of August!

Located at Custom Quay in Dublin 1, the Epic Museum is a fun and interactive experience for all the family. With over 20 interactive galleries, you won’t find leprechauns lurking around any corners, but kids will discover all about scientists, politicians, musicians, and artists and find out why saying “I’m Irish” is one of the biggest conversation starters, no matter where you are. So if your child is a budding Michael D, Ronan O’Gara, or Simone Rocha then EPIC is sure to delight and excite them!

Free entry is also included for The Jeanie Johnston Famine Ship where a 50 minute tour shares the stories of thousands of Irish people who fled the Famine and embarked on a voyage in the hope of a better life in North America. And if you can’t make it to Dublin, Epic are also hosting a number of virtual events to keep your kids entertained.
