You can order meals via our customer service team by telephone or email. Orders are placed two days before delivery date. 

Deliveries are once per week. 

Yes, we do. We have a number of meals which are suitable for allergen and dietary requirements. Simply speak to our customer service team and they will provide full details and meal options. 

Yes, it’s no problem to pause your order. Just let our customer service team know by telephone or email. 

No, we don’t believe in contracts. We understand kids can be fussy, and numbers and requirements change, therefore we work on a no-contract basis so there is full flexibility for your business. 

Yes, we do. We can provide you with a table top oven and an undercounter freezer if required. 

We recommend all of our food is cooked in an oven and some items can be cooked in the microwave.  Our fish fingers items etc are not suitable for microwaves.  Our largest trays (2.2kg) can’t fit in the microwave. 

Payment is made via direct debit. A statement is sent at the end of the month and payment is deducted on the 10th of the following month. 

We offer 4 tray sizes; 200g, 400g, 1.2kg and 2.2kg. Our customer service team will send you the correct breakdown of sizes depending on your numbers. 

Our portion size is 200g per child based on Tusla’s recommendation. 

Yes, we can provide both dinner and teatime menu which is from our rolling menu. Contact our customer service team for more information on this meal plan.
